油墨特性 Characteristic : Vantan 75系列是一款溶劑型高亮光雙組份多功能絲印、移印油墨。高亮光、附著力強(qiáng)、硬度高、耐酸耐堿、耐酒精、耐二甲苯、耐丁酮、耐水煮水泡。色澤飽滿、流平性、印刷平整無(wú)針孔、遮蓋佳。 Vantan 75 series is a solvent-based high gloss two-component and multi-functional screen printing and pad printing ink, with high gloss, strong adhesion, high rigidity, acid and alkali resistant, alcohol resistant, xylene resistant, butanone resistant, boiling and soaking resistant. Full color, excellent levelling property, smooth printing without pinhole and good coverage.Applied range:適用范圍 Applied range:適合印刷玻璃、不繡鋼、鋁片、馬口鐵、油漆面等底材；應(yīng)用于要求高光的電子、電器表面印刷。Suitable for printing on glass, stainless steel, aluminium sheet, tinplate, paint surface and other substrates; used in highlighting printing on surfaces of  electronic devices and electrical appliances.使用方法Method of use :u 印刷前可用酒精或抹字水清潔印刷品表面的污垢及油漬,玻璃清洗后需烘干。u please clean the printing surface and dry the glass with drier before printing.u 固化劑和烘烤條件：添加P527固化劑；油墨：固化劑=100;10;烘烤150度，5-30分鐘或自干24小時(shí)。u Curing agent and drying conditions: add P527 curing agent; printing ink : curing agent=100:10; drying at 150℃ for 10 to 30 minutes.u 稀釋劑：根據(jù)印刷方式和環(huán)境條件添加10%左右稀釋劑調(diào)節(jié)油墨稀稠度。u Diluent: add about 10% diluent to adjust the consistence of the printing ink according to the printing method and environmental conditions. u 添加本公司不同的固化劑可得到不同的墨層性能，具體使用請(qǐng)咨詢本公司技術(shù)人員。u You can get different ink layer performance by adding different curing agent of our company, please consult technical staff of our company for specific use.注意事項(xiàng)Be careful :u 玻璃清洗后必須烘干玻璃，潮濕天盡量避免施工。u Dry the glass after cleaning, try to avoid the operation in wet weather.u 功能測(cè)試（如：耐化學(xué)測(cè)試、水煮、水泡等）必須在油墨充分固化并放置24小時(shí)后進(jìn)行。u Function test (e.g. chemical resistance test, boiling resistance test, soaking resistance test and so on) should be performed after the printing ink is fully solidified and rested for 24 hours.u 已添加固化劑的油墨必須在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)使用完，并不得收回至原包裝內(nèi)。u The printing ink with curing agent should be used up within the specific time and shall not be recycled to the original package.
